Nej, en dansk mægler kan ikke lovligt rejse ind i USA uden arbejdstilladelse eller amerikansk autorisation og optræde som mægler.

Ja, alle udlændinge kan købe ejendom i USA og også opnå financering. Imidlertid skal man påregne en  udbetaling på ihvertfald 20%, renten er lidt højere end hjemme samt der kræves referencer for kreditværdighed, typisk fra dit danske financeringselskab

FULL MANAGEMENT  Level 2. $125

We will provide 24hours 7 days a week local contact and support for your home and guests.  Handling directly all the day to day issues, including utility and service bills that may arise on your behalf.

FULL MANAGEMENT  Level 1. $150

All of the above but in addition we will handle the payment of all bills as required

Also included are the following:

LAWN CARE SEVICE. $80

Lawns will be professionally mowed, edged and strimmed each week.  Shrubs will be kept tidy and cut back when needed.  Fertilization treatments are given in the winter months when it is not necessary to cut the lawns each week due to not so rapid growth.

POOL CARE SERVICE. $97

We will clean and chemically treat you pool every week, with a record of this and all visits,  we will ensure your pool is at the correct water level as pools do lose water due to evaporation in the summer months.  We will turn on and off pool heaters when they have been requested by you only.  Pool decks will be hosed down every week.  Pool screens will be checked after each let and noted back to you the owner, should any need repair or replacing.

PEST CONTROL SEVICE.$30

We use a highly reputable company for all our pest services.  They will spray the outside perimeter of you home and also use a non toxic chemical inside you home.  This service is done every 3 months and should there be a problem between visits, your home will be treated without any extra charge.  They also offer a pesticide service for your shrubs if required, but this does incur an extra charge.  An inspection for termites should be performed annually.

The fee for all of the above is $332 per month.

In addition we offer a full cleaning service after each let on the following basis;

CLEANING.

We use a first class service, as this is one of the most important things to do with home management, the cleaning of your property.  Your home  will be inspected and checked after each clean, before your guests arrive.

The only extras you may have to pay for would be, deck and lanai washing, spring cleaning, if carpets need to be cleaned, redecorating or repairs.  Any extra services would be informed by email/writing of cost and your agreement to commence the work. Before we undertake to do them.

Owner Bookings.

We make a one off charge of $25-00 for owner bookings to cover time spent in looking after your guests.
